Technical Information - The Fixture

The RL-9:

• The RL-9 Fixture is a simple bollard design, raised pneumatically. Triggered by a timer, air is raises the light from the fixture. When the timer switches off the light lowers back into the fixture.
• There is no motor, nothing to go wrong
• The Lamp: Included with the fixture is a 12-volt;10-Watt Halogen MR-11 bulb which illuminates an 8 foot diameter. The lamp is sealed for easy replacement using the bulb removal tool.
• The Solid Glass Lens: Offers a cone optic illumination effect.

Technical Information - The Controller

Retract-A-Light: A 12-volt retractable lighting system. The control unit contains a transformer, timer and a compressor, this unit plugs in to any standard 110 Volt outlet.

We strongly recommend a GFCI outlet be utilized.

Transformer: Converts 110 Volts into 12 volts.

Bulb: Retract-A-Light comes standard with 10 Watt Halogen Bulb. In turn you can put 13 fixtures on one controller.

12 Volt Output: This kit supports a distance of roughly 100 feet to the last fixture. Further distances are achievable with available optional controllers.
